What shoes should I wear to maximize the Glute Wedge?

Ideally you can use it barefoot. This gives the skin stimulation from the rough surface for best results. Or else use a very thin soled, bendable shoe like those used for walking on the beach.

How is this different from a regular squat wedge?

Regular wedges elevate the heels for deeper squats and quad emphasis. The Glute Wedge is specifically angled and designed using gait science to promote glute activation and posterior loading.

Will this work for me if I’m a beginner?

Absolutely. Many beginners report finally “feeling” their glutes for the first time.

Can it handle alot of usage?
